Edible book contest…that sounds not only delicious but also intriguing. Students of Seminole State attending this event on Thursday, October 30 are sure to leave “full” of edible knowledge.
For this event students, faculty and staff alike are encouraged to create a food sculpture that represents their favorite book. The sculptures can be made from any type of food as long as refrigeration is not needed. Spoiled knowledge does not sit well with the brain or the stomach. The event is held all day at all of the Seminole State campuses and prizes are given out both in individual and group categories.
The Edible Book Contest is a great way for students to express their creativity and their personality through their edible sculptures and also show their character and share a “bit” of knowledge with their peers by displaying their favorite book.
