Medical marijuana could go up in smoke if students don’t vote

Students and teachers at Seminole State College of Florida could be stoned in class as early as next semester.

Voters are now able to decide whether or not marijuana should be an acceptable form of medicinal treatment for those suffering from debilitating illnesses. Amendment 2 takes 60 percent of Florida’s approval to pass. Many believe that regardless of the amendment that the drug should become decriminalized anyway. If students vote they could be legally stoned by January 1.
